Warranty

It is possible that the product you purchased is not quite to your liking. If you have a question or comment about the quality of an item, please contact us via info@skolekids.nl. Please include the invoice number in the mail.

There's two year warranty on the backpacks. If there is anything wrong with your item within two years (caused by normal use), please contact us at info@skolekids.nl and if possible send us some photos of the problem. You can send back the item (at your own cost), and we will assess the complaint. If the complaint is justified, we will send the backpack back to Norway. You will receive a new backpack within a few days. If your color is not available anymore you can chose another backpack (same size) from our site.
